Stephen Fleischer

Stephen J. Fleischer has extensive experience in the legal and investment management fields. Stephen J. served as a Managing Director & Associate General Counsel for Agility Outsourced Chief Investment Officer, where they worked from 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant VP & Senior Counsel at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. from 2013 to 2015. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Senior Counsel at Marsico Capital Management. Before that, they worked as a Senior Counsel at UBS Global Asset Management (Americas) Inc. from 2004 to 2007. In 2004, they briefly took on the role of Senior Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Harris Associates L.P. – Alternatives Group. Stephen Fleischer also worked as the Manager of Mutual Fund Relations at Harris Associates L.P. – Mutual Funds Group from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Associate at Lord, Bissell & Brook from 1997 to 1999 and at Haskell & Perrin from 1994 to 1997.

Stephen J. Fleischer holds a Master's degree in European Studies/Civilization and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Stephen J. also has a Bachelor's degree in Business French, with a minor in Economics from the University of Iowa. Furthermore, they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
