Casey W. has over 10 years of professional experience in various engineering and production roles. In 2021, they began working as an Engineering Technician II at Agility Robotics. They also work at Cascadia Motion as an Inverter Team Technician, where they are responsible for assembly, testing, and repair of EV drive system inverter assemblies. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Oregon Tool as an Electrical Engineering Technician, where they developed, assembled, troubleshot, and repaired power management and motor systems for next generation agricultural, forestry, and lawn/garden products. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Columbia Phytotechnology LLC. as a Production Systems Engineer, Health and Safety Coordinator, and Technical Operations, where they were responsible for virtual and physical systems analyzation and development, database implementation, and support of critical departments needs. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Custom Interface, Inc. in a variety of roles, including Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager/Prototype team member and Operations Specialist. Lastly, from 2009 to 2011, they worked at Sagetech Corporation as a Transponder Production Lead, managing a team of sixteen technicians in the production of transponders.

Casey also attended Clark College, studying Electronics and Mechatronics.
