Jonathan Hurst

Jonathan Hurst is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Robot Officer at Agility Robotics, focusing on the future of robotics. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at the same company, leading the strategic vision for their robots. With a background in academia, Jonathan was a Professor of Robotics at Oregon State University and a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University. Jonathan has a Ph.D. in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a background in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout their career, Jonathan has gained valuable experience in the field of robotics and has made significant contributions to the industry.
