Tu Phan started their work experience in 2008 at AsNet Co. Ltd as a Game Developer. In 2011, they joined AgilityIO, initially as a Game Developer and later promoted to the role of Lead Game Developer. Their work at AgilityIO involved collaborating with game-changing startups and brands, focusing on delivering the best User Experience.

Tu Phan attended Da Nang from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
