Austin Laurent has over a decade of experience in technical support and solutions engineering, currently serving as Manager of Solution Consulting at Agiloft since December 2020. Previously, Laurent held roles at Accruent, including Sales Engineer II, where a strong focus on SaaS product demonstrations was emphasized, and Technical Support Engineer, acquiring proficiency in various technologies. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support specialist at WP Engine, where skills in Linux and communication were developed, as well as several roles at Rackspace Hosting, contributing to data center operations and customer support. Laurent began a career in IT at Rolls-Royce as a Help Desk technician, following a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from George Mason University.
