Michael Penor, CF APMP, currently serves as a Senior Proposal Manager at Agiloft since January 2022, after a period as a self-employed Proposal Writer. Michael has extensive experience in proposal management and business development across various companies, including notable roles at DocuSign, Acxiom, Micro Focus, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. With a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth, Michael has developed proposals for diverse markets in North America and Australia. Earlier career experiences include sales roles in the retail sector and managing a tobacco company. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Henderson State University, complemented by service as an Americorps Volunteer at Garvan Woodland Gardens.
