Shawn D.

Shawn D. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Shawn started their career in customer service at American Express from 2004 to 2006. Shawn then worked at Tucows, where they held multiple roles including Senior Technical Support Analyst, Network Operations Center Analyst, and ultimately Project Manager from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Shawn D. worked at Achiga as a Senior Project Manager and later as Director of the Project Management Office. Currently, since October 2019, they hold the position of Principal Enterprise Project Manager at Agiloft.

Shawn D. attended Ryerson University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Technology Management. Prior to that, they attended Humber College from 2000 to 2004, studying Computer Programmer Analyst. Shawn also holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
