Anand K

Anand K has a strong background in healthcare and diagnostics with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles. Anand is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Agilus Diagnostics, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Agilus Diagnostics starting in 2020.

In addition to their role at Agilus Diagnostics, Anand is also involved in industry organizations. Anand serves as the Co-Chair of the NR Chapter at NATHEALTH - Healthcare Federation of India since 2021, and as the Co-Chairman of the NR Task Force on Diagnostics and Technology at Confederation of Indian Industry since 2021.

Before joining Agilus Diagnostics, Anand held the position of CEO - Diagnostics at Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Group CEO of Neuberg Diagnostics from 2017 to 2019. Anand also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Anand Diagnostic Laboratory - A Neuberg Associate & Neuberg Anand Reference Laboratory from 2016 to 2017.

Anand has a long and successful tenure at Metropolis Healthcare, where they held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer and SBU Head - South India & Sri Lanka, Senior Vice President - Business Development, Vice President - Business Development, National Sales Manager, and Zonal Business Manager from 2005 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Anand worked at Carex Marketing P Ltd as a Business Manager from 1999 to 2005, and at Rapid Diagnostic P Ltd as a Regional Manager from 1996 to 1999.

Anand K has a diverse education history. In 1994, they received a B Sc degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they attended Pondicherry University. In 2000, Anand completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from International Institute of Advanced Marketing. Anand also studied Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Member of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square in 2019.
