Ashish Bhatia has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ashish is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Agilus Diagnostics. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Max Healthcare, where they developed the vision and business strategy for Max Lab to become a leading player in the diagnostic industry. Ashish also redefined the positioning of Max Lab and established a new business structure and culture.

Before their role at Max Healthcare, Ashish held the position of Chief Operating Officer- Broadband Business at SITI Networks Ltd., where they transformed and built the broadband business vertical for the ZEE group. Ashish led a cross-functional team and implemented critical processes to improve customer interface and backend operations.

Additionally, Ashish has experience in the telecom sector, serving as the Chief Operating Officer for MTS Group and Tata Teleservices Ltd. Ashish Bhatia has a diverse education history. In 1989, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University. Following that, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. In 2015, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and completed a program called "Strategies for Growth" in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they hold certifications in Digital Marketing from Quibus Trainings, Financial Management from the National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), and qualified as a Gold Accessor for Tata Business Excellence Model from Tata Management Training Centre, Pune in 2010.
