Brad Holtkamp

Brad Holtkamp has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Brad has held various leadership positions at Agilus Work Solutions and Design Group Staffing. At Agilus, they served as the President of the Engineering & Technical specialty division, providing strategic direction and operational guidance. Brad also worked as the Vice President of Western Canada, overseeing high-achieving workforce solution teams and ensuring client and candidate satisfaction. At Design Group Staffing, Brad was the Vice President of Western Canada, responsible for exceeding expectations in important markets. Brad also served as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Account Manager/Practice Lead, focusing on delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates in the Oil & Gas industry. Prior to this, Brad worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Project Recruitment and as a Production Manager at Synergy Project Management.

Brad Holtkamp attended the University of Saskatchewan from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography.
