Devan Pandya

Devan Pandya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Devan began their career in 2015 as a Personal Performance Coach at Devan Pandya Coaching, where they provided coaching services until February 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Recruiter / Team Manager at Diversified Staffing Services Ltd. In this role, they managed a team and was responsible for recruiting tasks. In 2021, Pandya joined Norwood Child and Family Resource Centre as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw the center's operations until October 2022. Devan then moved on to Manpower Alberta, where they worked as a Recruiter from November 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Pandya is a Recruitment Consultant at Agilus Work Solutions, a position they started in March 2023.

Devan Pandya has a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy. Additionally, Devan has pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management/Law from Middlesex University.
