Bala Kuthyar

Bala Kuthyar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Bala is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Agilysys, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Light & Wonder as the Vice President of Software Engineering, focusing on research and development in embedded gaming platforms and software release management. This role lasted from March 2022 to October 2022. In the past, Bala also held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Scientific Games from December 2014 to March 2022, where they contributed to the company's engineering efforts. Bala has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the International Gaming Standards Association, providing feedback and guidance on strategic initiatives from 2020 to 2022.
