Brian Eck

Solutions Support Specialist III - Infogenesis/12ux at Agilysys

Brian Eck has a work experience in two companies. From February 2012 to October 2012, they worked as a Federal Work Study at ITT Technical Institute. Then, they joined Agilysys where they held multiple roles. From October 2012 to December 2014, they worked as an Application Support Engineer I, assisting customers with various issues and requests. From January 2015 to December 2022, they served as a Solutions Support Specialist II - InfoGenesis, handling escalations from Level 1 support, performing root cause analysis, and assisting with upgrades. Currently, they hold the position of Solutions Support Specialist III - InfoGenesis/12ux at Agilysys, starting in January 2023.

Brian Eck attended ITT Technical Institute-Henderson from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Electrical Engineering. Brian then continued their education at the same institute from 2014 to 2015, earning another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network Systems Administration. In addition to their degrees, Brian also obtained certifications in Computer Literacy (Windows 7) and MS Visio 2007 from Brainbench.com in August 2012.
