Catherine Statucki has worked at Agilysys since 2004, starting as a Customer Care Call Center Supervisor before moving up to Manager of Customer Account Services, Sr. Program Manager, Development Manager of Point of Sale, and ultimately Senior Director of Engineering. In their roles at Agilysys, they managed customer accounts, supervised call center operations, and oversaw various engineering and development projects for point of sale systems.
Prior to joining Agilysys, Statucki worked at Business Telecom Inc. from 2001 to 2004 as a Network/Integrated Voice Provisioner and Technical Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing telecom customer projects from assessment to implementation, analyzing customer needs, coordinating project activities, and resolving technical issues.
Catherine Statucki attended North Carolina State University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public and Interpersonal Communication.
