Cecil Michael Britto

Cecil Michael Britto has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Cecil Michael started their career in 2010 as a Recruitment Project Assistant at Synetairos Technologies Ltd. After that, they joined Logica Pvt Ltd. in 2011 as a member of the Recruitment Team. In 2013, Cecil joined NTT DATA Americas as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they worked for four years until 2017. Currently, they are working at Agilysys as a Recruitment Lead & Engagements.

Cecil Michael Britto's education history starts with their attendance at St. Bede's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School from 1992 to 2004. During this period, they focused their studies on commerce. After completing their secondary education, Cecil moved on to Loyola College from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to Jeppiaar Engineering College from 2007 to 2009 to obtain their MBA.
