Daniel Vaughan

Daniel Vaughan has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Daniel is currently working at Agilysys as the Senior Director HR for APAC & EMEA. Prior to this, they have held various roles at Agilysys, including Director HR for APAC & EMEA and Head of HR for APAC & EMEA.

Before joining Agilysys, Daniel worked at HR Inc as a Director. Daniel also worked at BIG W as a Senior HR Business Partner, partnering with various departments such as Creative, Quality, Finance, and Legal.

Earlier in their career, Daniel worked at Optus as an HR Manager for Consumer Australia, where they partnered with the Consumer Business to drive engagement and performance. Daniel also worked at Vodafone, Lee Hecht Harrison, Talent Solutions, and CPA Australia in various HR roles.

Daniel Vaughan completed their Masters in Human Resources from the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, in 2004, they attended the Institute of Executive Coaching for a coaching program, but did not obtain a degree.
