David Bain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career as a Professional DJ in 1998 and later worked as a Training Manager and Operations Manager at Fatburger Corporation. David then served as a Front Desk Manager & Chief Concierge at Nu River Landing and as the Chief Operating Officer at Steel Gym. David also co-owned a restaurant called Kingpins Pizza & Wings and worked as the Restaurant Technology and Training Manager at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc.

In 2017, David joined Pinnacle Hospitality as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for the setup and installation of desktop hardware and software configuration. David gained experience in remote desktop applications and worked with various software systems.

David's expertise in the hospitality industry led him to Oracle, where they worked as an Application Specialist and later as an Implementation Consultant for Oracle Hospitality Cruise. David was involved in consulting, implementation, and support for Oracle's Ship Property Management System (SPMS) applications, focusing on the international cruise line industry.

Currently, David is employed as a Sales Engineer at Agilysys. David creates and delivers technical presentations on the enterprise software suite and acts as a direct technical liaison for customers throughout the sales process. Their role involves meeting with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical teams to ensure that the SaaS enterprise software solution meets their requirements.

David Bain attended Broward College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on the general field of study.
