Donald Colvin

Donald Colvin is the current Director at Agilysys. Donald has held this position since January of 2018. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from November 2012 to January 2015. During their time with Caesars, they were responsible for the financial plans and policies of the organization, overseeing the controller’s function, treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations, real estate and financial planning and analysis. In addition, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining good corporate relations with investors and leading the investor relations function.

From September 2012 to July 2017, Donald Colvin served on the advisory board for Conexant. In January 2011, they began their tenure on the board of directors for Isola Group, a position they held until January of 2018.

Donald Colvin’s experience also includes roles at the University of Strathclyde and Viavi Solutions. Donald began their career at Agilysys, where they spent several years in various positions before moving on to their current role.

Donald Colvin has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Strathclyde.
