Jeffrey O'Neill

Jeffrey O'Neill has a strong background in providing technical support and solutions in various industries. Jeffrey started their career in 2004 as a Senior Implementation Consultant at InfoGenesis, where they worked until 2006. Following this, they joined Agilysys as a Senior Systems Integration Specialist and held that position for 13 years until 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Micro Gaming Technologies as a Level II Support specialist and worked there until 2020. Continuing their career, Jeffrey joined Everi Holdings Inc. as a Technical Support Analyst II and later became a Specialist in Customer Service IV. In 2020, they worked as a Payroll Coordinator at FOCUS CONCRETE LLC. Currently, they are employed at Agilysys again, holding the position of a Solutions Support Specialist II since 2021 and subsequently being promoted to Solutions Support Specialist III in 2023.

Jeffrey O'Neill obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, completing their education between 1999 and 2003.
