Matthew Huckins, MPA, has extensive experience in customer support and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support at Agilysys since August 2016, Matthew has held multiple roles including Director of Support and Manager of Support. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at Nevada Affordable Housing Assistance and Director of Front Office at Sheraton Overland Park Hotel. Matthew began a career in the hospitality industry with management positions at KC Marriott Downtown and Signature at MGM Grand, along with an early role as Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Academically, Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University.
