Tyson Swing

Tyson Swing has over 16 years of experience in software engineering and project management. Tyson began their career as a Software Engineer at InfoGenesis, where they played a key role in the development and release cycle of a real-time transaction processing system. Tyson utilized various technologies such as MSMQ, Windows services, .NET Remoting, and SQL Server for an enterprise-level POS system. Tyson then joined MediaTrust as a Senior Software Engineer, where they architected a multi-tier application to support Affiliate Marketing and implemented affiliate and publisher portals from scratch using ASP.NET MVC. Tyson also collaborated with the business on feature enhancements and leveraged RAD development strategies. After that, Tyson worked at Pacific Capital Bancorp as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the implementation of .NET development and introducing new technologies for application life cycle management. Tyson utilized and managed TFS infrastructure for continuous integration and project traceability. Tyson later joined Agilysys as a Principal Software Engineer, where they took charge of architecting and managing projects from start to finish. Tyson designed a 35-year-old product to support dynamic scalability in Azure and increased its load capacity to meet the demands of large-scale customers such as MGM, Caesars, and RCCL. Tyson also redesigned the installation process to support automated deployment to Azure and AWS, emphasizing DevOps targeted design. Overall, Tyson Swing has a strong background in software engineering, project management, and architectural design, with expertise in technologies such as ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, AWS, and TFS.
