Tomas Posker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and elder care innovation. As the Chief Executive Officer at DATRON since July 2024, and the CEO & Co-founder of Oscar Senior since July 2013, Tomas has played a pivotal role in developing a platform that enhances remote home care for seniors. Tomas also serves as an Ambassador for Aging2.0, fostering community engagement in elder care solutions in the Czech Republic. Previously, Tomas co-founded Ki-Wi Digital, where innovative Digital Signage solutions were developed, and founded Poski.com, which focused on web design and e-marketing. With a strong educational background in Systems Engineering and Economics & Management of Sport from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Tomas brings a unique blend of technical and strategic expertise to the fields of technology and elder care.
