Jan Van Loon

Jan has been a member of the Antwerp Bar in 2019. He started his career at a medium-sized Belgian law firm before joining Agio Legal in November 2022. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, IT and media, financial law, data protection and privacy. Jan advises clients in Dutch, English, French and Polish.

Jan obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Antwerp in 2018. He then graduated from the University of Leuven in 2019 as Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law.
