Frédéric Amar

Frédéric Amar is the Secrétaire général de l'AGIRC-ARRCO, where they have led a team of 80 since 2020, focusing on public affairs, governance, and legal matters. Prior to this role, they served in various capacities within governmental institutions, including as Directeur de cabinet at the Caisse nationale des allocations familiales and Sous directeur adjoint des retraites au Ministère des Affaires sociales, where they managed pension systems and public policy implementation. Frédéric also shared their expertise as a maître de conférences in public finance at Sciences Po and has a strong background in budgetary oversight, having worked with the Ministère des Finances.
