Brian Rivera

Brian "Ponch" Rivera is the MD AGLX North America at AGLX Consulting, LLC and a Flow Consortium Member. Brian "Ponch" is also the Co-Creator of The Flow System at The Flow System(TM), a Founding Member at The Flow Consortium, and a Coach and Trainer at Chevron. Brian served as a Navy Reserve at Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) and as an Executive Transformation Coach at Naval Safety Center. Brian "Ponch" has a background in Agile coaching and training, as well as experience in building high-performing teams and promoting innovation. Brian holds degrees in Operational Art, Business, Economics, and has completed coursework in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
