Ron Baruchi

Ron Baruchi is the CEO of Agmatix. Ron has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Ron has a proven track record in developing and executing strategies that have improved organizational effectiveness and increased efficiencies.

Ron began their career at Tescom where they spent five years as the head of the global life science and healthcare practice. Ron then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2009 as the head of global quality information technology. In this role, Ron was responsible for reducing data integrity risks across the enterprise. Ron was promoted to director of global quality and compliance in 2011 and served in this role for four years. Ron was then promoted to vice president of strategy in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing business strategies that improved organizational effectiveness and increased efficiencies. Ron left Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2018 to join Blue Dot as the COO.

At Blue Dot, Ron was responsible for leading the AI/ML driven tax compliance digital solutions leveraging its proprietary value driven data technology to enable compliance, optimized savings and advanced analytics over employee driven spend. Ron left Blue Dot in 2021 to join Agmatix as the CEO.

Ron Baruchi earned their MBA from IDC Herzliya and their B.A. in Computer Science from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
