Bernice E. Bell

Bernie Bell has extensive experience in finance and accounting, having held senior roles at AGNC Investment Corp. since January 2008, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to this, Bernie served as Senior Vice President and CFO of AGNC Mortgage Management, LLC from January 2010 to June 2016. Additional positions include Vice President and Controller at American Capital Ltd. from July 2003 to December 2009, Vice President and Controller at Mountain Union Telecom from July 2002 to June 2003, and Vice President and Controller at MainControl, Inc. from July 1998 to June 2002. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse from June 1994 to June 1998. Bernie holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
