Donald Holley

Donald Holley, CPA, CFA, is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development at AGNC Investment Corp., a position they have held since 2011. They have previously served as Director of Investments & Capital Markets at Freddie Mac and held various roles, including CFO at American Capital MTGE Management, LLC and Chief Financial Officer at MTGE Investment Corp. Donald’s early career includes significant experience as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. and in corporate governance research at Deutsche Bank. They have pursued advanced education in investment management at Harvard Business School Executive Education, complementing a foundational degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
