Gian Marcano

Gian Marcano, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in valuations and business intelligence reporting within the investment sector. Currently serving as the Director of Valuations & Business Intelligence Reporting at AGNC Investment Corp. since November 2021, Gian oversees the valuation process for a $60 billion portfolio, manages a team of analysts, and drives modernization efforts using Power BI and Python. Previously, Gian held key roles at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, where transaction management of non-performing and re-performing loans, as well as detailed pricing analysis of mortgage-backed securities, were central responsibilities.
