B.D. Garg

B.D. Garg has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. B.D. is currently working at AGNITY as a Solutions Architect. Prior to this, they held various roles at Telemune Software Solutions. From September 2010 to November 2022, they served as the Head of Products, System Architect, and Development Manager. In this role, they focused on developing voice and messaging SDPs, building apps over SDPs, and integrating with third-party credit scoring systems. B.D. also managed development teams, created product roadmaps, and prepared documentation. From April 2007 to August 2010, they worked as a Team Lead, where they implemented modular architectures, developed centralized rule and charging engines, and handled VoiceSMS modular deployment. As a Senior Software Engineer from May 2004 to April 2007, they maintained a Voice Mail System, developed an IVR module for CRBT provisioning, and deployed CRBT in Vietnam.

B.D. Garg completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jalandhar between 1999 and 2003.
