Joseph Powers

Joseph Powers has a extensive work experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various technology companies. Joseph began their career in 1992 at Vitel International, Inc., where they served as CFO until 1996. Joseph then worked at Pacific Microsonics, Inc. as CFO from 1996 to 2000. From 2001 to 2005, Powers held the position of CFO at BayPackets, Inc. Joseph then joined Bay Packets as CFO from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they became the CFO of WorkRite Ergonomics for a year. Powers then served as CFO at Virident Systems from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Financial Officer at AGNITY Inc. since April 2010. Additionally, they are the CFO of the parent company, AGNITY India Technologies.

Joseph Powers attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Information Systems, and Accounting. Following this, from 1990 to 1991, they pursued graduate coursework in Taxation at Golden Gate University.
