Stephen MacMillan

Mr. Stephen MacMillan is currently the Chairman, President, and CEO of Hologic, Inc., a leading producer of diagnostic, surgical, and medical imaging systems. Prior to joining Hologic, Mr. MacMillan was president and chief executive officer of Stryker Corporation, a world leader in medical devices. Under Mr. MacMillan’s seven years of leadership, the company more than doubled its annual revenues, from $3.6 billion to $8.7 billion. Mr. MacMillan is a special advisor to the board of directors of AgNovos Healthcare.
