Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal is an experienced engineering manager currently at Agoda since April 2023, with a long-standing role at Moodle as a community developer since 2011, where contributions include the development of numerous plugins and significant core code revisions. Prior experience includes serving as Global Director of Machine Learning and Analytics at Anheuser-Busch InBev, leading teams in ML engineering and contributing to the development of analytics platforms and recommendation engines, while scaling teams and frameworks. Ankit also held positions at Google as a student contract developer during the 2011 Summer of Code and has worked as a freelance web developer prior to 2011. Ankit holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Management Systems from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology.
