Faustina Efendy

Faustina Efendy is a Project Manager with a focus on product management at Agoda since 2025. Previously, Faustina held various positions at Agoda, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Management Intern from 2012 to 2020, where they led projects, provided analytical support for data-driven decisions, and ensured effective team coordination. Prior to Agoda, Faustina worked as a Japanese Wedding Consultant at AYANA Resort and Spa in Bali and as a Barista at Starbucks, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and event management. Faustina holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Trisakti Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, earned in 2012.
