Leonard Lu is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in the FinTech sector. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Agoda since May 2018, Leonard leads multiple FinTech initiatives and oversees a team of senior product managers. Previous roles at Agoda include Principal Product Manager for Supply, where Leonard enhance supply acquisition and customer experience, and Senior Product Manager, contributing to B2B connectivity platforms and launching innovative products during the Covid-19 recovery. Prior to Agoda, Leonard was VP Product at AlgoMerchant, focusing on revolutionizing retail investing, and held roles at Barclays Investment Bank as both an Analyst and Summer Analyst.
