Tyler Spence, CPA, CIA, CIPP US/E, CBCP, CIPM, currently serves as the Head of Risk and Control at Agoda since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler held significant positions including Sr. Director of Platform and Marketplace Risk and Compliance at Expedia Group and Risk and Compliance at Amazon, where responsibilities included designing compliance frameworks and implementing data-driven risk monitoring processes. Tyler's extensive experience in risk management is further demonstrated through leadership roles at ACI Worldwide and Liberty Tax, focusing on enterprise risk frameworks and internal audit functions. Tyler's career began at VF Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Auditor, with foundational experience at Grant Thornton LLP as a Business Advisory Consultant. Tyler earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in Accounting from Western Carolina University.
