José Luis Herrero, Agoga’s Principal, has accrued 14+ built of professional experience operating and transforming businesses across the globe. As CEO, he has successfully turned-around two distressed industrial businesses in China. As Operations Consultant, he as driven full-scale transformations and executed business turn-arounds, often taking leading –active– hands-on roles and directly counseling CEOs and COOs.
