Agon Litigation was founded in the British Virgin Islands in 2018 by Michael Fay QC and Arabella di Iorio, two of the BVI's most senior litigators.
Our firm is founded on their wealth of experience which distinguishes us in a crowded market: 

- Our partners are experienced advocates and regularly argue cases before the Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Privy Council. We do not unnecessarily require the assistance of external counsel. 

- Our work is partner led and cost effective. We do not deploy large teams and do not believe in duplication.
