Jonathan B.

Jonathan B. has a strong background in the gaming and media industry. Jonathan is currently working as a Senior Product Manager for Gaming & Metaverse Solutions at Agora. Prior to this, they worked as a Story Consultant and Writer at Fotosíntesis Media from 2018 to 2022. Jonathan also served as the Head of Production at Reality Crisis from 2018 to 2022. Jonathan has experience in advisory roles as well, having been an Advisory Board Member at Trilogy Education from 2019 to 2019.

Before transitioning to the gaming industry, Jonathan worked at Riot Games from 2014 to 2018, where they held multiple roles. Jonathan started as a Localization Coordinator, responsible for implementing localization practices, and then moved on to become a Producer for League of Legends (LATAM), where they developed original content for the region.

Jonathan also has experience as a co-founder of MedicSana Inc., a startup focused on mHealth solutions, from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Spanish Language Specialist at NCSOFT and as a Technical Web Translator at Rigaku in previous years.

Jonathan B. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their degree, Jonathan has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they received the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Project Management (ICP-APM) from ICAgile. In 2017, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching ICP-ACC, again from ICAgile.

In 2019, Jonathan pursued further education and obtained certifications in Full Stack Web Developer and Node.js & Express from TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY. Jonathan also obtained the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification from Scrum.org during the same year.

Their most recent certification is the Game Writing Master Class I from The Narrative Department, which they obtained in November 2021.
