Aaron Lee has been in the social media industry since 2010. In that year, they started their own blog, AskAaronLee.com, and began freelancing as a Social Media and Community Manager. In 2011, they became the Co-Founder of Leneys, a Social Media Manager at Media Contacts, and a Writer and Social Media Manager at GDS Group. In 2012, they were a Social Media Manager at Binkd. In 2014, they became the Grand Master of Customer Delight at Post Planner. In 2017, they became the Customer Support Manager and Country Manager Agorapulse APAC, managing the customer support day-to-day functions and leading, strategizing, and supporting the growing market in the APAC region.

Aaron Lee attended Universiti Malaysia Sabah from 2008 to 2011. In October 2015, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
