Florian E.

Florian E. has a long history of work experience, beginning with a commercial internship at Arbor&Sens in Paris in 2004. Florian then completed an abroad internship at MarketOne International LLP in London in the same year. In 2005, they completed a technical internship at CeramConcept in Paris. In 2006, they completed an engineer internship at EDF (Electricité De France). In 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer at Tech-Advantage and as an Ingénieur d'études et développements at Solutec. In 2009, they worked as a Web developement engineer at Affinitiz. In 2011, they began working at Agorapulse, where they held the roles of Head Of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Lead full stack developer. In 2016, they co-founded Support Hero, where they are currently the CTO.

Florian E. began their educational journey in 2002 when they enrolled in EFREI Paris to pursue a Master's degree in Information Technology. In 2003, they continued their studies at EFREI Paris, obtaining a Master in Computer Science and Management. In 2006, they became an exchange student at McGill University, also studying Computer Science and Management. Florian completed their studies at McGill University in 2007.
