Geert Jacobs

Geert Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technological and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Business Group Leader for Manufacturing and the Factory of the Future Program Manager at Agoria since January 2017, Geert oversees innovation-driven transformations for Belgian manufacturing through the Made Different program and manages the Agoria Techlancers initiative for freelancers in the technology sector. Previous roles include Lector Economie at Hogeschool PXL, where instruction encompassed various economic subjects, and mathematics educator at PSSD and Koninklijk Atheneum Tongeren and Atheneum Borgloon. Geert also held positions in BNP Paribas Fortis as a job student in commercial and administrative roles.
