Ivan Leichtling

Ivan Leichtling has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ivan currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Agoric, starting in October 2022. Before joining Agoric, Ivan worked at Apple for six years, from September 2015 to December 2021, in the role of CoreOS & Internet Services Security Engineering. Prior to Apple, they served as the Security Engineering Manager at Yelp from July 2011 to August 2015, where they were responsible for ensuring the security of all aspects of Yelp. While at Yelp, Ivan also held the roles of Internationalization Engineering Manager and iOS, Android, & Mobile API Engineering Manager, where they led engineering efforts for international expansion and mobile applications. Ivan also has a short stint as a Principal Software Architect at Zynga in 2011. Additionally, Ivan has valuable experience from their time at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Principal SDE, Principal Lead SDE, Incubation Engineer, and SDE Technical Lead. During their tenure at Microsoft, they contributed to projects such as Zune, Xbox Platform, and Windows Terminal Services Remote Desktop Protocol. Ivan Leichtling has a strong technical background and extensive leadership experience in the software industry.

Ivan Leichtling attended Columbia University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
