Meryl Lim

Meryl Lim is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Agorize since July 2025, Meryl has held various roles, including Project Manager in the PMO at Plusgrade and Customer Strategy Manager at Swapcard, where Meryl was impacted by company restructuring. Meryl also has a solid background in human resources and talent acquisition, having worked for Allianz, KPMG Singapore, Accenture, and Bank of Singapore. Meryl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has studied at Ewha Womans University.
