Rayanne Beayno is an experienced professional in open innovation and project management, currently serving as the Open Innovation Project Manager at Agorize since January 2023. Previous roles include Chargée Design Thinking et Lean Start-up at Bel and Project Consultant at McCain Foods, focusing on building systemic business models for regenerative agriculture. Rayanne's background also includes positions as a Graduate Fellow at the American University of Beirut and various roles at Berytech, where responsibilities encompassed developing standard operating procedures and organizing ideathons. Earlier experiences feature work as a Food Scientist at Société des Huiles et Dérivés and as a Quality Control Inspector at Dekerco Foods & Processing SAL.
