Mark Butcher

Mark Butcher has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Zytronic plc since March 2022, Butcher also holds positions at Redde Northgate plc as NED, Chair of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration & Nominations Committees since 2019. Additionally, Butcher has been an Observer at AgPlus Diagnostics Ltd since 2015 and a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at East Balkan Properties Plc since 2013. At National Milk Records PLC, Butcher serves as NED, Chair of the Audit & Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nominations Committees since 2013.
