Nancy Koch

Nancy Koch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in utilities management, accounts payable, and customer service. Since August 2009, Nancy has served as the Utilities Billing Manager at AGPM, where the creation of the Utilities department has led to managing approximately 7000 utility accounts across 75 properties. Prior positions include Office Manager at Henry Bergeson Kaleidoscopes, where responsibilities encompassed accounts payable and inventory management, and a data entry role at the Lakewood Police Department. Nancy began a career at Verizon Data Services as a Customer Service Representative, handling business service inquiries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University and an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from Bergen Community College.
