Jonathan Irwin

Jonathan Irwin is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at both AmebaGone, Inc. and AgraFilms since September 2022, Jonathan also co-founded Agulos Biotech LLC in December 2017, specializing in the manufacture of growth media for cell cultures. As President and Owner of BioPharm Laboratories LLC since January 2003, Jonathan focuses on producing Bovine Thrombin for the diagnostic industry. Additional roles include Vice President at Cirque Ventures Inc. and extensive experience as President and Founder at Deloitte & Touche from 2000 to 2002. Jonathan's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law, a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, and a BA from Brigham Young University.
