Sameer Shet

Sameer Shet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, sustainability, and environmental health and safety (EHS) across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Agratas since June 2024, Sameer oversees the delivery of a 150MW electrical package system and the development of a sustainability framework for a Li-Ion battery manufacturing gigafactory. Previously, as Director of EHS_ESG at Lumina CloudInfra, Sameer focused on environmental and regulatory compliance. At Philips, from July 2014 to April 2023, Sameer held the roles of General Manager and Head of multiple domains, including projects, facility management, and business continuity management. Prior experience includes key positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, where Sameer drove sustainability initiatives and managed projects, and at General Motors as Senior Project Manager, where Sameer was instrumental in electrical package management. Sameer holds a Senior Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Mumbai.
