AGRATI AEE manufactures machines for die-casting Zamak (Zama), Lead (Pb) and Magnesium (Mg) alloys in the Hot Chamber, Aluminium (Al), Brass (Cu-Zn) and Magnesium (Mg) alloys in the Cold Chamber, which allow us to obtain top-quality results. Always striving for innovation in respect of the Quality that already distinguishes our product, the continuous development of the project allows us to bring to our customers' foundries a product that will not fail to give satisfaction.
Starting from the study of the die casting, through careful design of the mechanics but above all of the control software, our product is able to meet the production requirements of each Customer. Our die-casting machines are manufactured and assembled in our production unit by experienced and highly qualified personnel. They are also carefully tested at our facilities and are connected by our service personnel, who also take care of after-sales service.
 In our technical department, our engineers are always looking for new technical solutions to offer a product that is always at the cutting edge, from the carpentry, mechanics, lubrication, injection and shut-off valves to the electrical and electronic parts. In the composition of a production cell, the Agrati machine is the heart and can be interfaced with all the necessary peripherals; oven, robot, lubricator, dosing unit, motorised and non-motorised suction hood, workpiece pick-up systems, deburring presses, shears, and conveyor belts. AGRATI is always willing to accept visits to our production unit so that you can see for yourself the quality standards with which our die-casting machines are manufactured.
